女風白書

The independent research project “Women’s Adult Entertainment White Paper” surveyed 7,301 women in their 20s through 50s living in Tokyo regarding their awareness of and experience with adult entertainment services for women. The survey found that 57% were aware of such services, and 333 respondents (approximately 4.6%) had used them; the results were published on the project’s website.

This is an independent, privately conducted survey that does not aim to promote the use of specific establishments or services; rather, its purpose is to record and publish data on actual usage patterns in an area where publicly available data has been limited until now.

Survey 01 confirmed experience with adult entertainment services for women; Surveys 02–06 were distributed to the 333 respondents who reported having such experience. The respondents differed for each survey; this was not a longitudinal study tracking the same individuals.

This survey is an online survey targeting women in their 20s through 50s residing in Tokyo and does not represent women nationwide or the entire user base of adult entertainment services for women. Responses are based on self-reporting. Furthermore, even if differences or correlations are observed between items, this does not indicate a causal relationship.

The planning, analysis, and publication of this survey were conducted independently and were not commissioned by any specific business or industry organization. There are no conflicts of interest that need to be disclosed.
