Asentec Announces Product Integration Between SonicWall’s “Cloud Secure Edge (CSE)” and “Remote PC Array”

Asentec Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takashi Matsuura; hereinafter “the Company”) has partnered with SonicWall Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Executive Officer and President: Tadahiko Taniguchi;hereinafter “SonicWall”) and the Company’s remote access solution, “Remote PC Array,” and have announced the integration of the two products.

■Background

In recent years, with the widespread adoption of hybrid work, traditional remote access environments that combine VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) and VPN have faced the following challenges:

・Increased costs due to hypervisor licenses (such as VMware) and complex configurations

・Operational overhead and vulnerability risks associated with traditional VPNs

・Limited scalability due to increasing traffic

Our “Remote PC Array” solution has resolved VDI challenges by leveraging physical PCs, providing a high-performance and stable remote environment. Through this integration with Cloud Secure Edge, we simultaneously address network access security challenges, enabling a more advanced and secure remote access infrastructure.
