Junior high and high school students are changing education in Japan!

　Yabusame Technology, a middle and high school student organization, has launched a crowdfunding campaign to organize events and publicize its educational model "STEM Education" as part of its educational awareness campaign.

Yabusame Technology's Activities

　Yabusame Technology is a cross-school middle and high school student organization dedicated to promoting STEM education. We are a team of junior high and high school students who are committed to promoting student-centeredness, diversity, and STEM education.　One of our activities is challenging the International Robot Contest. Last year, when we participated in the "FIRST Tech Challenge" (commonly known as "FTC"), we placed 6th out of 36 teams in the division.

　In addition to this, we are also focusing on activities to promote the program in Japan, such as holding community-based workshops and exchanges with domestic companies.

　At the "Space x Robot" event hosted by Kanagawa Prefecture in March this year, we presented our activities to many companies and the general public.

STEM Education

　STEM education is an educational model that fosters problem-solving skills and creativity by learning across the four fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in order to discover and solve complex problems in the real world. We are convinced that this educational model, which fosters comprehensive thinking and practical skills across disciplines, is a necessary concept for the future of Japan.

Future Activities

　Yabusame Technology intends to further increase its efforts to promote "STEM education" in order to advance education in Japan.

　However, this will require a great deal of funding. Specifically, the cost of preparing workshop materials, venue, and publicity. As a student-run organization, it is difficult for us to cover all these expenses by ourselves.

　Therefore, we have launched this crowdfunding campaign to raise funds from the general public who understand our activities.

　We believe that the introduction and promotion of STEM education in Japanese education will produce talented individuals who will lead the future of Japan in an increasingly IT-oriented society.

　We are united in our efforts for the future of education in Japan. We sincerely look forward to your support.
