Freezing Utsuwa

Freezing Utsuwa" retains its coolness by simply dipping it in water for 30 seconds and then chilling it in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Even at room temperature, it will remain cool for more than 30 minutes. It keeps summer cold menu items such as sashimi, sweets, cold vegetables, and beer tasty and enables a cool and refreshing visual presentation.
