About "serendix50
serendix50" is Japan's first 3D printed house for a two-person household. It has an area of 50 square meters for two adults to live comfortably, and is equipped with a kitchen, toilet, bathroom, and other water facilities. The product uses digital data based on an original design that takes into account safety aspects such as earthquake resistance, and the frame is output using a construction-use 3D printer. Aiming to speed up the construction process, the construction of a model house in Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture in July 2023 took only 44 hours and 30 minutes. The price will be 5.5 million yen (excluding tax), and we plan to construct a limited number of 6 houses by this summer as a preliminary model.

Comments from Kunio Iida, COO and Executive Officer of the Company
I heard an interesting story at the social gathering hosted by Nikkei Inc. after the award ceremony.
A famous businessman from another industry said that we should think of business on this scale: "1 billion 300,000-yen cars and 1 billion 3-million-yen houses. I was able to recognize once again the importance of enriching society by providing quality products at a price range that everyone can afford.
The serendix50, for which we received the award this time, is a product that was born out of our goal of "realizing a society where people can buy a house for the price of a car," and we have received several thousand inquiries since its announcement. We will continue to achieve our lofty goals one by one and strive to achieve growth worthy of the award.
About Serendix
Serendix is Japan's first 3D printer housing manufacturer, having completed Japan's first 3D printer housing "serendix10" in 23 hours in March 2022, and constructed and delivered it to Saku City, Nagano Prefecture in 2023 as its first sale. Most recently, in February 2024, at the "Japan-Ukraine Economic Reconstruction Promotion Conference," we concluded a memorandum of understanding with a local construction company regarding the construction of reconstruction housing in Ukraine. In addition to providing design data free of charge, we plan to conduct explosion-proof tests to verify safety.
