In recent years, the number of cats kept by pet owners has increased for six consecutive years, surpassing the number of dogs kept by pet owners. However, foreign products currently hold the top share of the domestic market, and generally require a double contact process of purchasing on an EC site and then requesting an installer separately. As a construction company, we have been receiving numerous requests to install catsteps for the past six years, and we are introduced as an installer on the company's EC site. With this know-how, we are now able to take charge of both sales and installation, making it easier for busy pet owners to install cat steps.

We accept orders not only for the original installation alone, but also for the purchase of products only.

If you wish to have us perform the installation, a site survey is required prior to purchasing the product in order to ensure safe installation. The on-site survey service is purchased in advance, but the cost will be deducted from the installation fee when you formally request installation.

Layout Creation Service" Available

As with the company's e-commerce site, a layout creation service is available, and for 3,000 yen (tax included), a layout will be created and sent to you based on the dimensions of the wall on which it will be installed, your budget, and the number of cats you wish to place. We will refund the above service fee of 3,000 yen (including tax) after the purchase of the product.

■Pre-confirmation by the installer for peace of mind

Depending on the structure of the wall where the product is to be installed, it may be necessary to separately reinforce the substrate. If the base reinforcement work is not done, there is a possibility that the installed cat step may fall.
