The collaboration is “conanair” of NSXe and “O&M Mother" of Chiyoda.

 By combining O&M Mother's sensor solutions with the "conanair" wireless vibration sensor developed and provided by NSXe, it will be possible to provide solutions for rotating machinery diagnostics. 

 

What is “O&M”?

 Chiyoda's maintenance and operation (O&M)services for industrial facilities/plants are solutions that support safe and secure operations by bringing transformation to the customer's O&M operations and addressing various operational issues faced by the customer. 

 

What is“conanair”?

 The "conanair" is an inexpensive and easy-to-use vibration monitor developed based on our many years of experience in rotating machinery maintenance and from our perspective as a vibration sensor user.

Aimed at the preventive maintenance of general-purpose rotating machineries such as pumps and fans, and transfer equipment such as conveyors, it ensures basic performance to detect abnormal vibration before machine failure.

Furthermore, the ability to use not only summary data for abnormality diagnosis but also raw vibration waveforms enables precise diagnosis and factor analysis, such as detection of bearing damage through frequency analysis, which has been verified. 

 Using raw vibration waveforms also enables the application of AI and new data analysis technologies.

 

The "conanair" received the TPM Excellent Product Award for 2020 from the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance, which encourages the development of new technologies related to maintenance equipment.
