The “Kuro-mitsu Matcha Glaze” will be sold as an Iwaki store exclusive. The tagline is “A Japanese luxury woven from matcha and kuro-mitsu.” It blends Hokkaido-produced fresh cream with fragrant matcha and Okinawa-produced kuro-mitsu. Kuro-mitsu is drizzled over the glossy glaze, creating an elegant finish.With a deep aroma and mellow sweetness, please enjoy the Japanese luxury created by matcha and black sugar syrup.

[About “Milk D’Drake”]

This is Hokkaido’s first specialty shop for “fresh-made” donuts. The first store opened in Sapporo on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, and has been featured in the media and on social media, drawing daily lines of customers.

“Freshly made donuts” are distinct from traditional donuts—they feature a texture that melts away with a “fizz” the moment you put them in your mouth, and are so soft they seem like they might crumble in your hands. Their perfectly round shape is adorable, prompting a flood of social media posts, and they’ve become the hottest dessert trend in Hokkaido right now.

“Milk D’Doreik” fresh-made donuts feature a moist, smooth dough made primarily with wheat flour from Tokachi—a region known for Hokkaido’s vast landscapes—and generously enriched with eggs and butter. The milk, pasteurized at low temperatures and raised on Hokkaido farms without preservatives, adds a rich depth of flavor and natural sweetness.We also offer a variety of flavored creams, all based on rich fresh cream made from raw milk sourced from the Nekushu region of Hokkaido. By frying them quickly at a high temperature, we ensure the outside is crispy while the inside has a melt-in-your-mouth texture, similar to fresh cream.We offer 11 varieties of donuts, including popular regular menu items such as Pure Fresh Whipped Cream and Homemade Custard, as well as store-exclusive items. Combined with five varieties of fresh scones—including the Rich Butter scone—this brings the total to 16 varieties.

As a grand opening special, we plan to run a campaign where customers who register for our official LINE account can get a fresh scone (Rich Butter) for 160 yen—half off the regular price of 320 yen.
