The “Parada Meat Festival,” where you can enjoy hearty servings of Shinshu meat, will be held on October 10 and 11! Two autumn days filled with meat delicacies, pro wrestling, and sweets

The Saku-Hirao Mountain Development Co., Ltd., which operates the Saku-Hirao Highway Oasis “PARADA” (Saku City, Nagano Prefecture), will hold the “PARADA Meat Festival” at Minami PARADA on Saturday, October 10, and Sunday, October 11, 2026.

Set against the backdrop of the autumn highlands, the festival will feature a variety of meat dishes—including Shinshu specialties—sold from food stalls. Choose your favorite meat and enjoy it your way: make a “meat sandwich” by putting it between slices of bread, or top a bowl of rice to create the “Ultimate Meat Bowl.”

Additionally, on Saturday, October 10, there will be craft beer tastings and sales by Yaho Brewing, as well as a stage performance by the Shirakaba Dance Troupe. On Sunday, October 11, a Shinshu Pro-Wrestling event will be held, featuring Choshu Koriki as a special guest. A sweets fair will also be held on both days.

At this year’s PARADA Meat Festival, you’ll exchange special “Meat Vouchers” for items at each meat stall.

Of course, you can enjoy your favorite meat on its own, but combining it with bread or rice opens up even more ways to enjoy it.

You can make a “Meat Sandwich” by putting your favorite meat between slices of bread, or create the “Ultimate Meat Bowl” by generously piling several kinds of meat onto a bowl of rice.

The real thrill of this Meat Festival is hopping from stall to stall to find your “favorite meat” while enjoying your very own custom meat meal.

Additionally, starting at 1:00 PM, the Shirakaba Dance Troupe will take the stage.

Come enjoy a day of hearty meat dishes, Shinshu craft beer, and a spectacular stage performance together in the autumn highlands.

■Sunday, October 11: Shinshu Pro-Wrestling! Choshu Koriki will also be competing

On Sunday, October 11, Shinshu Pro-Wrestling will make an appearance at Minami Parada.

Choshu Koriki has also been confirmed to appear as a special guest.

You can enjoy the thrilling pro-wrestling action unfolding right before your eyes—free of charge.

It’s a special day where you can eat meat, watch pro-wrestling, and get the whole venue fired up together.

Originally scheduled for just one day, the Sweets Fair has been expanded to run on both Saturday, the 10th, and Sunday, the 11th.
