■ 30th Anniversary Marble Danish: “Caramelized Apple”
The “Caramelized Apple” Marble Danish was created to commemorate Gran Marble’s 30th anniversary. Our Marble Danishes are crafted by artisans who fold the dough by hand multiple times, braid it into a three-strand plait, and bake it.We’ve combined the moist texture created by the 81 layers of dough with the sweet-and-sour flavor of apples and the aromatic, caramelized notes to create a rich, complex taste. Lightly toasting it brings out the caramelized aroma even more, allowing you to enjoy it alongside the rich flavor of the Danish.
