The course is a two-day, hands-on program.

On the first day, you’ll learn the basic theory of body type analysis, the characteristics of the three types, and key diagnostic points for assessing the body. You’ll then practice conducting analyses with fellow students using an analysis checklist.

On the second day, you’ll learn how to translate the analysis results into fashion choices—including fabric, silhouettes, sizing, and item selection tailored to each body type.

In addition, you’ll conduct comparisons and analyses using actual clothing and accessories, as well as comprehensive diagnoses using models, with Rina Ogawa providing direct feedback.
