Notice of the Appointment of a “Senior Director”

Tokyu Agency Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President, and CEO: Toshiyuki Takasaka) is pleased to announce the appointment of a “Senior Director.”

The Company is advancing its business activities based on its long-term vision: “To become a company that co-creates experiential value by working side-by-side with our clients to drive their business growth.”Under our mid-term management plan, which began in fiscal year 2024, we have championed HRX—a transformation of our human resources strategy aimed at enhancing corporate value. In July 2024, we revised our personnel system and are advancing reforms in talent development.

We have now appointed “Senior Directors.” The “Senior Director” position is awarded to employees who possess a high level of expertise, have a proven track record of contributing to clients across a wide range of fields, and are expected to make further contributions to our company through new challenges.

Senior Director (Effective October 1)

E Watanabe

E Watanabe (Business Branding Office, Strategic Solutions Division)

Born in 1985. Joined Tokyu Agency in 2016.

After serving as an Account Planner and Digital Media Planner, she now works as a Planning Director, handling everything from consulting on the development of new business models to formulating business strategies and building brand assets to drive business growth.

She has a proven track record in the VOD (video-on-demand) and entertainment industries, as well as the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) category.

Certified “Marketing Master” from the Marketing Master Course offered by the Japan Marketing Association, a public interest incorporated association.

Yosuke Takagi

Yosuke Takagi (CX Design Bureau, CX Solutions Division)

Born in 1978. Joined Tokyu Agency in 2001.

After working as an account executive, he transferred to the Creative Bureau.

As a Creative Director, Commercial Planner, and Copywriter, he has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, primarily in the restaurant and gaming sectors.

Working closely with senior management, he has spearheaded numerous unconventional promotional campaigns that subvert conventional wisdom and preconceptions.
