■ What is the “World of Miniature Photography Exhibition”?
These miniature models are crafted with such precision that they could easily be mistaken for the real thing. Each piece encapsulates a unique worldview, with the artist paying meticulous attention to every detail. While many people typically imagine a “miniature exhibition” to consist solely of miniature works, this event features an even more elaborate presentation that also includes photographic works. Artists create miniature versions of the landscapes and objects they wish to express, then photograph them to bring their vision to life.
While the models represent a span of time, the photographs capture a single, fleeting moment—an art form of once-in-a-lifetime encounters. “I thought I was looking at a photograph, but it turned out to be a constructed, fictional world.” By exhibiting both photographic works and three-dimensional models side by side, this exhibition invites visitors to lose themselves in the world of miniatures. In addition, photography is permitted throughout the entire venue, so you can take photos from various angles, capture your own unique shot, and post it on social media.
