"Store Manager's Super Limited-Edition Ramen Festival ~Local Ramen Edition~" Starts September 15

Ofas Co., Ltd., which operates 18 ramen restaurants primarily in Tokyo and Kanagawa, will host the “Store Managers’ Special Limited-Edition Ramen Festival: Regional Ramen Edition” from Tuesday, September 15, 2026, through Tuesday, November 17, 2026.

During this event, the store managers at each of the 17 locations will serve unique, limited-edition ramen dishes they have created, inspired by regional ramen from across the country.

Spanning approximately two months, this limited-time event lets you enjoy the feeling of taking a journey across Japan—from Hokkaido to Kyushu—through ramen.

Grand Limited-Edition Ramen Festival

■ 17 unique limited-edition ramen dishes from 17 stores, each packed with the store managers’ personalities and creativity

The theme for this event is “Regional Ramen.”

Drawing inspiration from the ramen beloved in their respective regions, each store manager has crafted a bowl that’s uniquely O-Fas.

For example, a variety of limited-edition ramen inspired by regions across the country will be available, including Sapporo Miso Ramen, known for its rich flavor; Morioka Jajamen, themed after Iwate’s local cuisine; and Nagoya’s Taiwan Ramen, with its addictive, lingering spiciness.

“Which regional ramen should I try next?”

With that sense of excitement, you can enjoy the store managers’ signature bowls—creations you won’t find anywhere else.

■ The More You Eat, the More Fun It Is! Win Great Prizes with the Stamp Rally

During the event period, we’re also holding a “stamp rally” where you can collect store stamps by eating the limited-edition noodle dishes.

You’ll receive a prize for every stamp you collect. You can start earning prizes after collecting stamps from three stores, and those who make a purchase of 1,000 yen or more at Ogawa Kitchen (a retail shop selling homemade ingredients like char siu) and collect all 18 stamps will receive an original T-shirt as the “Complete” prize.
