[Obituary] Passing of Shigeyuki Fukasawa, Chairman & CEO

It is with deep sadness that Kotobuki Seating announces the passing of our Chairman and CEO, Shigeyuki Fukasawa, on August 3, 2026, at the age of 85.

We express our heartfelt gratitude for the warm friendship and support extended to him during his lifetime, and respectfully announce his passing.

In accordance with the wishes of the bereaved family, a private wake and funeral service were held with close family members. We respectfully request that condolence visits, flowers, offerings, and monetary gifts be declined.
