The Standing Bar Festival Organizing Committee (Idoma Co., Ltd.), organized by the Ebina Designated Management Group and sponsored by Bina Walk, will hold the “Highball & Kuidaore Festival in EBINA” for the first time at Ebina Central Park in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, on Friday, September 25, 2026, andSeptember 26 (Sat) and 27 (Sun).

The venue is Ebina Central Park (adjacent to Bina Walk), directly connected to Ebina Station. This is Ebina’s premier fall food event, bringing together a variety of unique “local highballs” from across the country, craft beers, and sours, along with delicious dishes that pair perfectly with drinks—featuring “Kuidaore” gourmet specialties from all over Japan.Admission is free, and drinks and food will be offered at affordable prices. We aim to make these three days a casual experience where everyone—whether with family, alone, or stopping by for a drink after work—can feel welcome.

1. A Grand Gathering of 13 Unique Highball Varieties

Thirteen carefully selected beverage booths from across the country will be on site. From classic highballs made with premium whiskey to sours featuring seasonal fruits, trendy local craft beers, gin sodas, and a wide variety of other sours—you can enjoy comparing them all at affordable prices. Drinks are served in special festival cups, so you can really soak up the festival atmosphere.

2. 18 “Kuidaore” gourmet restaurants from across Japan gather here

“Takoyaki,” “Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki,” “Shaved Ice,” “Kushiyaki,” “Hakata Torikawa,” “1-Pound Steak,” “Kebab”“Jumbo gyoza,” “salt-grilled ayu,” “cheesesteak sandwiches,” and more—local specialties from across the country, as well as meat and seafood dishes that go great with drinks, will be featured on a daily rotating basis. The lineup ranges from hearty meals that pair well with alcohol to sweets and light snacks perfect for women and children.

A total of 34 vendors will be on site, including two festival booths offering fruit candy, shooting galleries, smart ball games, and scoop games. This is an autumn outing and family-friendly event that the whole family can enjoy.

5. The “Standing Bar Festival” brand’s first “Highball × Kuidaore” sponsored event

The Standing Bar Festival Executive Committee is an event production group with a track record of over 100 media appearances, having organized food events centered around “standing bars” at locations nationwide, including Ueno Onshi Park, Shin-Koiwa Park, and Kugenuma Seaside Park.This event is positioned as a premium and expanded version of the “Shitamachi Highball Festival in EBINA” (September 2025, 3 days total), which will be held at Ebina Central Park.

Standing Bar Festival Executive Committee (Idoma Co., Ltd.)

Under the theme of “Connecting People,” the Standing Bar Festival Organizing Committee has been hosting unique events across the country. At the “Shitamachi Highball Festival in EBINA” held in September 2025, we felt a strong positive response thanks to the location at Ebina Central Park and the enthusiasm of the local community in Ebina City.As the second installment and an expanded version of that event, we are pleased to present the “Highball & Kuidaore Festival in EBINA,” which combines local delicacies from across the country with unique highballs.Taking advantage of the convenient access directly connected to Ebina Station, we aim to make these three days during the fall travel season a time when both locals and visitors from outside Kanagawa Prefecture can enjoy the “Feast Plaza” the moment they step off the train.

■ About Ebina Central Park and Surrounding Facilities

Ebina Central Park is located at 1-291-3 Chuo, Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It’s conveniently situated just a 2-minute walk from Ebina Station and is directly connected to the area in front of Bina Step on the 1st floor of Bina Walk Building 5. It’s also accessible in about 10 minutes from the Ebina Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway.There are parking lots nearby, so visitors arriving by car are also welcome.

■Background (History and Development)

2023: The designated management organization held its first food festival at Ebina Central Park to revitalize the area.

September 2025: The “Shitamachi Highball Festival in EBINA” was held for three days at Ebina Central Park (organized by the Standing Bar Festival Executive Committee). This inaugural event brought new vibrancy to the venue.

January 2026: The “Stew & Local Sake Festival 2026 in EBINA” was held at the same venue.

May 2026: The “Sake and Delicious Food Festival” was held at the same venue.

September 2026: This event, the “Highball & Kuidaore Festival in EBINA,” was held for three days only at the same venue.
