Kanda Myojin is hosting a gathering of the most popular gourmet food stalls from all over Japan! Pre-orders are also being accepted for sake featuring limited-edition labels created in collaboration with VTubers.

The Exquisite Gourmet Food Stall Association (located in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture), which organizes outdoor food events featuring popular restaurants active at food festivals across the country, will hold the “Exquisite Gourmet ☆ Beer & Sake Festival @ Kanda Myojin Summer Festival 2026”—a “people’s food festival”—from Thursday, August 6, to Sunday, August 9, 2026,on the grounds of Kanda Myojin (official name: Kanda Shrine).

Popular restaurants from across the country will gather at the venue to offer local specialties and each stall’s signature original dishes at reasonable prices. These can be enjoyed alongside draft beer, craft beer, and sake.

Furthermore, this year, pre-orders for sake featuring limited-edition labels created in collaboration with VTubers will begin on August 6, the day of the pre-festival event.

Exquisite Gourmet ☆ Beer & Sake Festival @ Kanda Myojin Summer Festival 2026

The “Exquisite Gourmet Food Stalls Association” sets itself apart from recent gourmet events where prices have skyrocketed by hosting a “people’s food festival” where visitors can enjoy a diverse array of food stall delicacies at affordable prices.

Popular restaurants from all over the country will gather at the venue, offering a wide array of local specialties and each stall’s signature original dishes.

In addition to popular meat dishes—such as game meat skewers—that epitomize the festival’s “exquisite gourmet” theme, the lineup includes a wide variety of seafood dishes like “grilled eel” and “oysters baked in a tin can,” as well as classic festival favorites.

We’ll also be serving ice-cold draft beer, craft beer, and sake. Come enjoy exquisite food and delicious drinks within the grounds of Kanda Myojin Shrine.

As a new initiative this year, we will also be accepting pre-orders for sake featuring limited-edition labels created in collaboration with a VTuber. These limited-edition bottles, featuring original labels created specifically for this event, will be offered as a commemorative project in conjunction with the Kanda Myojin Summer Festival.

Pre-orders will begin online on August 6, the day of the Pre-Festival Celebration, and are scheduled to run until around early October. The price is 3,800 yen (tax included) per 720ml bottle.

Sales will be handled by Rice Shop Kiyomiya, and details will be announced on the official website and official X account.

The “Kanda Myojin Summer Festival,” which begins on August 7, will feature traditional Bon Odori dances and food stalls, as well as “Anison Bon Odori” and various other events held on the shrine grounds, offering fun for people of all ages.

This summer, please enjoy the summer festival at the historic Kanda Myojin shrine grounds while savoring exquisite cuisine and delicious drinks.
