■Background on the Development of the Training Program

In recent years, while the business use of generative AI has been rapidly expanding, we frequently hear concerns from the front lines such as, “We’ve been granted a license, but we don’t know how to use it,” “We can’t explain how it differs from other generative AI tools,” and “We’re worried about data leaks.”

Our company has long supported digital transformation (DX) efforts at numerous companies using the Power Platform. Through this work, we have frequently heard feedback such as, “Simply distributing the tool isn’t enough to ensure consistent adoption,” and “Internal AI literacy training is being put on the back burner.”

Therefore, we have systematized the insights we’ve gained through training and DX support in the Power Platform field to develop a practical training program that enables first-time Copilot users to start using it “safely and as early as tomorrow.” The goal is to help companies independently adopt generative AI and improve operational efficiency.

No specialized knowledge is required; the content is practical and designed so that anyone using Microsoft 365 can immediately apply it to their work.

● Practical Workshop: Hands-on exercises using Outlook, Word, and Excel

[Goals of This Training]

● Understand the basics of generative AI and Copilot, and gain a clear understanding of how to apply them in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

● Understand what information should not be entered and the risks of hallucinations, and acquire the criteria for safe usage.

● We’ll also briefly discuss future developments for Copilot and AI agents.

・This training is open to participants who do not have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license (some content will be experienced within the free scope of Copilot Chat)

・This training session (2 hours) does not, on its own, meet the required number of hours (10 hours or more) for the grant. You can meet the eligibility requirements by combining it with existing Power Apps training (6 hours) and Power Automate training (6 hours) to create a curriculum totaling 10 hours or more

Normally, the course fee is 99,000 yen (tax included) per person, but

for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the course fee is reduced to 24,750 yen (tax included) through an expense subsidy.
