Notice of the Appointment of a “Senior Director”

Tokyu Agency Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President, and CEO: Toshiyuki Takasaka) is pleased to announce the appointment of a “Senior Director.”

The company is advancing its business activities based on its long-term vision: “To become a company that co-creates experiential value by working side-by-side with our clients to drive their business growth.”Under our mid-term management plan launched in fiscal year 2024, we have set forth a transformation of our human resources strategy (HRX) to enhance corporate value. In July 2024, we revised our personnel system and are advancing reforms in talent development.

We have now appointed “Senior Directors.” The “Senior Director” title is awarded to employees who possess a high level of expertise, have a proven track record of contributing to clients across a wide range of fields, and are expected to make further contributions to our company through new challenges.

We will continue to focus on developing talent capable of serving as partners who can help our clients resolve their diverse and complex challenges by creating a business environment that fosters high levels of creativity and productivity.

Akira Yatani

Born in 1974. Joined Tokyu Agency in 1997.

He has been responsible for creative work for companies and services across a wide range of fields.

As a Creative Director and Copywriter, he provides integrated direction ranging from brand strategy to advertising production.

He has won numerous domestic and international advertising awards, including the TCC Newcomer Award, the ACC Award, ADFEST, and the Creator of the Year Medal.

In July 2026, he was appointed Senior Director.
