The proprietary methods for deboning and frying—which are trade secrets—ensure the wings remain crispy and fresh, even an hour after frying.

The project was produced by “hanninmae,” a food consulting group based primarily in Hokkaido. Since the wings are boneless, people of all ages—from children to the elderly—can enjoy these stress-free chicken wings with peace of mind.
