"Little Devil DUO" and the Ultimate Pairing of Sushi and Wine

On Friday, January 15, 2027, the hidden gem wine bar in Roppongi, “Climat · A Vigneronne’s Bar” (Climat), will host a premium dinner event

titled “A Table of Bliss ~New Year’s Special~.”

This special event was planned on short notice in response to the overwhelming response to “A Table of Bliss ~Ambassador Night~,” scheduled for August 2026, which sold out immediately after its announcement.

We are pleased to present this popular event—which garnered high expectations even before it took place—in an even more glamorous format as a New Year’s celebration.

To mark the start of 2027, this event will offer a luxurious pairing experience featuring a red vinegar sushi course prepared by a sushi chef selected for the Michelin Guide Tokyo’s Bib Gourmand, paired with wines from the Chichibu winery “Winery Passion.”

Due to the overwhelming response—with the performance scheduled for this past August already selling out—we have urgently decided to add an additional performance in January 2027.

Returning to the stage will be “Little Devil DUO,” the official brand ambassadors who have already garnered significant attention ahead of the August performance. Their glamorous and charming performance will create a dazzling experience perfect for the New Year.

■ About Winery Passion

Winery Passion is a winery based in Ashigakubo, Yokose Town, Chichibu District, Saitama Prefecture.

Serving as the base of operations for winemaker Misa Shimada, who is organizing this event, the winery crafts wines while engaging with the unique character of the land.

Through meticulous cultivation and winemaking—made possible by small-scale production—she delicately expresses the natural character and nuances of the terroir.

By fusing the winemaker’s sensibility with the charm of the land, she creates distinctive wines unique to Japan.
