Passion, a Rising Star Winery in Chichibu, Releases “Koyuki 2025”

The winery “Passion,” operated by LE RAISIN Co., Ltd. (Yokose Town, Chichibu District, Saitama Prefecture; Representative Director: Misa Shimada), will release its 2025 vintage Japanese wine, “Koyuki 2025,” on July 7, 2026.

“Koyuki 2025” is the successor to “Koyuki 2024,” which won a gold medal at the international wine competition “The 12th SAKURA Japanese Women’s Wine Awards 2025” in the winery’s first year of operation. While inheriting the same winemaking concept as its predecessor, it delicately expresses the charm of Koshu grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture.
