The shaved ice is made with eco-lemons grown in Setoda, Hiroshima Prefecture. The refreshing acidity of the lemons grown in a mild climate with gentle sea breezes is combined with the mild richness of yogurt and cream cheese. The slight aroma of honey gently combines the whole and gives it a light aftertaste.
