Milked Drake's raw doughnuts feature a moist and smooth dough made mainly from flour from Tokachi, Hokkaido's magnificent land, with plenty of eggs and butter. Pasteurized milk raised on a farm in Hokkaido, which is free of preservatives and other ingredients, gives the dough a rich, sweet taste. Also, for the cream, we offer a variety of flavored creams based on rich fresh cream made from raw milk from the Nekushiro district of Hokkaido.
