In this project, we reconfigured the existing 3LDK into a business meeting space and a studio space. A business meeting space is located near the entrance, and the main space is located behind the business meeting space.
The main space has a peninsula-shaped kitchen, sofas, couches, and elevating tables, making it a living space that can also be used for photography and events.
The entire space has an industrial expression, with ceilings and walls designed using plastering techniques such as mortar molding and fair-faced concrete, and exposed ducts and piping. In addition, by combining antique-style wooden floor materials, we designed a space where different elements coexist.
