(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shunsuke Kaneizumi), will begin airing the dialogue content "Voice UP - Every day becomes more fun with the number of 'I want to know'" on TOQ Vision, an advertising medium inside Tokyu Line trains, from April 13, 2026 (Monday).
We are promoting the provision of phygital*1 experience value using the latest technology, and through our outdoor and transit advertising media brand "TOKYU OOH," we are developing immersive advertising experiences in which consumers can actively participate.
The immersive OOH advertising series "TOQ IMMERSIVE OOH" utilizes advanced digital technology and IP content to develop three types of immersive advertising experiences: "TOQ IMMERSIVE OOH_SOUND", "TOQ IMMERSIVE OOH_AR" and "TOQ IMMERSIVE OOH_MOVIE". The fourth content has been newly televised.
TOQ IMMERSIVE OOH_MOVIE," the fourth content to begin airing, is an advertising project that combines highly entertaining content that arouses interest and empathy with TOQ Vision, an in-train vision system that can reach a maximum of 1 city and 2 prefectures*2. Fourth Content "Voice UP - Every day becomes more fun with the number of 'I want to know'" (Japanese only)
Voice UP" is an interactive content that provides an opportunity to update oneself by experiencing new knowledge and ways of thinking through the experiences and "voices" of celebrities. The 75-second content on themes such as business, economics, education, careers, and trends is aired on a weekly basis to arouse empathy and curiosity to learn more during travel time on the Tokyu Line.
At the end of the content, a display will prompt a search on "NewsPicks," and after viewing the content, a motion line will be provided for viewing details and related programs online*3. For advertisers, it provides a high-profile promotional opportunity.
Using this content as a starting point, we are developing new advertising products, including measures linked to SNS and technology, as well as tie-up projects with advertisers. In addition, we will make improvements through surveys of ad contact and viewer satisfaction to measure advertising effectiveness.
Tokyu Agency will contribute to the revitalization of entertainment along the Tokyu Line through the TOKYU OOH initiative.
