MAM CAFE's monaka are made from glutinous rice produced in Toyama Prefecture and carefully baked by skilled artisans in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture. The lineup is rich in variety, including delicious Western-style soups that allow you to enjoy the aroma of monaka and its smooth texture when dissolved in hot water, atmospheric soups and miso soups, and monaka that can easily be served with rice, such as ochazuke (rice with tea and rice), makikomi gohan-no-moto (mixed rice), and takikomi gohan-no-moto (rice cooked with rice).
