The "Caramel honey apple (apple cream and caramel custard)" is sold for 420 yen as a limited item at the Shin Yamaguchi store. This refreshing and elegant cream combines fresh Hokkaido cream with gently sweet and fruity apple jam. Another layer of homemade custard cream is layered with bittersweet caramel syrup to create a rich, thick cream. The refreshing sourness of the apples and the savory aroma of the caramel custard combine to create a luxurious product with changing flavors.
The brand uses raw milk from farms in Mifuka-cho and other parts of Hokkaido, with the goal of contributing to the development of Hokkaido's primary industry and the creation of a sixth industry.
