The series of 100 essays will chronicle the author's 15-year journey from her two cancer announcements at the ages of 42 and 48, to her spontaneous remission, to the present day.

Main purpose of the series: To record the real-life experiences behind the activities.

We are currently developing businesses based on the theme of harmony between body and mind, such as operating a brand using ethical materials and preparing a retreat center that incorporates forest therapy. These activities are deeply rooted in Hayashi's own experience of cancer.

When she was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2011 and stomach cancer in 2017, she chose not to undergo standard treatments such as surgery, anti-cancer drugs, or radiation, but instead continued to follow approaches such as diet, meditation, and forest therapy. In this series of articles, the author will sequentially disclose the story of how his two cancers disappeared spontaneously (remission) through these choices, the subsequent developments, and the record of those days, which is also linked to our current business guideline.

After 15 years, I am finally ready to put my experiences of those days into words. This is not a denial of the standard treatment, but a record of the path I took on that day as one option. I hope that my small experience will lighten the heart of someone somewhere who is going through the same thing."

She has practiced yoga and meditation for over 30 years and has completed the Tatsumura Yoga for Health Teacher Training Course. Completed the Clinical Meditation Teacher Training Course. Certified as a forest therapy guide in the United States.
