1｜Advisory services

Provided strategic planning, digital transformation, and new business creation advisory services to CxOs and executive-level leaders at companies ranging from listed corporations to startups. Leveraging over 20 years of experience in launching new organizations and serving in CxO roles (CEO, CTO, CDO) at Sony, Rakuten, KPMG, and McKinsey—alongside technical strategy expertise derived from over 500 international patent filings—the firm provides hands-on support for "Creative Management." Notably, Mr. Chatani has been appointed as an advisor to several cutting-edge technology companies, including Happiness Planet, Inc. (CEO: Kazuo Yano), which successfully developed "Creative AI."

To date, a total of 12 books have been published. His flagship work, Behind the Scenes at PlayStation: Former CTO Talks about 16 Years of Creation (Office Chatani Publishing), is available in both English and Japanese across Amazon stores in 17 countries and regions. 4｜Calligrapher (Shoka) 

Under the art name "KouTetsu Chatani," he is a Master (Shihan) of the Toyama Calligraphy Association and an Associate Member of the Dokuritsu Shojindan Foundation. His unique activities bridge business and traditional culture, such as brushing original logos for organizations. His work has been featured in the "Dokuritsu Shoten" (supported by the Agency for Cultural Affairs) and the "Mainichi Shodo Exhibition." He recently brushed the logo for "Showa-kai," a general incorporated association challenging the evolution of AI toward inclusivity and sustainability. He also published Ink & Blessing, a two-volume series (Boy/Girl editions) that renders popular American baby names into auspicious Kanji through calligraphy, available in 17 countries via Amazon.
