Behind the WBC's enthusiasm, the baseball business gap between Japan and the U.S. has widened 10-fold.

As the world is in a frenzy over the World Baseball Classic (WBC), the overwhelming disparity in the scale of the "baseball business" between Japan and the U.S. is brought into sharp relief once again. While Major League Baseball (MLB) has dramatically increased its revenue over the past 20 years, the Japanese baseball industry, despite its potential, has been unable to break out of its old structure.
G.B. Corporation (Location: Beaux-Arts Iidabashi, 4-1-5 Iidabashi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Ryutaro Seto) has recently conducted a cold analysis of this huge earnings gap from a "management strategy" rather than an "emotional" perspective. The new book, which is a "super-typical" book that brings together the knowledge of MBA holders and provides all conclusions in the first few pages, will be published in time for the opening day of the professional baseball season (Friday, March 27). The book will be published in time for the opening day of professional baseball season (Friday, March 27).

About "THE EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Super-Summary of Baseball Business Industry KSFs & Case Studies
G.B. Corporation is pleased to announce the publication of a new book, "THE EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Super-Summary of Baseball Business Industry KSFs & Case Studies," which visualizes the structure and winning strategies of the professional baseball industry by combining the knowledge of MBA holders.
Background: Finding "winning strategies (KSFs)" for Japanese businesspeople
In many Japanese business scenes, there are many cases in which companies are implementing tactics without fully understanding the structural "Key Success Factors (KSFs)" of their own industry. In order to break through this situation, we have established a method to derive "general solutions" even in industries where information is opaque, making full use of frameworks cultivated through MBA studies. As a first step, we have thoroughly dissected the "professional baseball business," the pinnacle of fan marketing.
■Three major features of this book
1.[First in the industry] "Executive summary" structure that does not leave out any conclusions
The core of the book is condensed into an innovative structure at the beginning of the book. Even busy executives can grasp the essentials of the industry in a few minutes, providing an unprecedented, speedy information inoculation experience. 2.
2. all infographics. A business book that you "see" instead of read.
The complex management strategies and financial structures are thoroughly visualized in intuitive charts and graphs (infographics), allowing you to understand 5Forces analysis, SWOT analysis, fan development models, etc. at a glance, which can be applied directly to the preparation of practical documents.
(3) Combination of MBA Methods and Supervision by Expert Itaru Kobayashi
Itaru Kobayashi, a leading expert in the baseball business, has been invited as a supervisor to ensure the reliability of the information. The "Kachikata" process, which logically derives business economics (high fixed cost/high marginal profit model) and customer KBF (purchase decision factors) from limited public information, has been packaged into a format that can be reproduced by anyone.
