The venue is the plaza in front of Nakameguro GT Tower (Meguro-ku, Tokyo), adjacent to Nakameguro Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and Tokyu Toyoko Line (directly accessible via the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line). The theme of the 30th event is "Cherry Blossoms in Full Bloom! Enjoy Hanami Sake with New Sake, Nama Sake, Sparkling Sake and Premium Sake!" The sub-theme is "30th Anniversary! Let's make a toast with a cup of sake in hand in Nakameguro, where the cherry blossoms are in full bloom! To commemorate the 30th event, an original sake cup will be distributed to all visitors. Visitors can enjoy seasonal Japanese sake such as new sake, draft sake, sparkling sake, and premium sake while feeling the arrival of spring in Nakameguro, a famous cherry blossom viewing spot.


More than 250 varieties of Japanese sake from 50 carefully selected sake breweries from all over Japan will be available at the event. By purchasing a "Sake Comparison Pass," you can freely compare all the sake on display, from sake from award-winning breweries to the hottest craft saké, as well as more than 40 different types of warmed sake.

The "Japanese Sake Festival AI Concierge," which was introduced for the first time last year, will be on hand again this year to assist visitors in selecting a sake brand that best suits their individual tastes, by providing information on the taste trends, characteristics, and food pairings of the more than 250 different types of sake on display, via chat interface.


Visitors can purchase the sake they like after comparing them at the event, and "delivery service" is also available from the venue. This service is ideal not only for home use, but also as a celebratory spring gift or souvenir. Food booths will offer dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients, local specialties, and menus from popular restaurants that go well with Japanese sake.


On stage, "Kingen-tei Anju," the first female rakugo storyteller from Okinawa, will perform on the first day, and "NANA," a violinist popular on SNS, will perform on the second day. Miss SAKE will appear on both days, gracing the venue with her presence. The MC for the first day will be traveling freelance announcer and sake samurai Yuki Aoi, and for the second day, TV personality and sake stylist Ritsuko Shimada.
