Raku Sakura Kaoru Parfait 1

Raku Sakura Kaoru Parfait 2
A spring parfait featuring cherry blossom-colored cherry blossom ice cream, sweet cherry blossom bean paste, and smooth cherry blossom jelly.
The aroma of cherry blossoms spreads with each bite, and the subtle sweetness and saltiness reminiscent of sakura mochi (rice cake cake with rice cake leaves) enhances the overall flavor and gently adds a spring-like aftertaste.
The cutting of the strawberries, which resemble flower petals, and the light and gentle colors are so pretty that just looking at them will make your heart melt.
Toppings include fuyaki senbei, a Japanese rice cracker made from wheat gluten, for a taste of Kyoto.
The dish is served on a special tray made of cherry wood, another unique Eirakuya touch.
The dish is served on a special tray made of cherry blossom wood, and the container and coloring of the tray are also carefully selected to reflect the scenery of spring.
We hope you will enjoy a cup of sake that will make you feel the spring not only in taste but also in appearance.

Company Profile
Eirakuya
Eirakuya was founded in 1946. Eirakuya offers both sweet (Kyoto sweets) and savory (Kyoto tsukudani).
Although seemingly a relative combination, both are food colorings that go well with "tea and rice," which are indispensable for Japanese people.
Each has its own signature products, such as "Kohaku," an agar confectionery that is particular about its beauty, and "Hitotokuchi Shiitake," a tsukudani made from domestically grown shiitake mushrooms.
