Scientex Creed Japan, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has opened a new hotel "2Z - DOYANEN HOTELS" (hereinafter referred to as "2Z") in the so-called "Airin area" in Nishinari, Osaka, for a grand opening on January 31, 2026. The new hotel, "2Z - DOYANEN HOTELS" ("2Z"), will have its grand opening on January 31, 2026.

This area, once called "Doya-gai," is now attracting attention as an area symbolizing "Deep Osaka," which attracts travelers from all over the world.

By developing accommodation facilities in the Nishinari area, we have been working to create a new base for tourism, exchange, and accommodation, and to revitalize the area and create a town where a diverse range of people can mingle.

2Z" was born as part of these efforts.

2Z is a 52-room lodging facility consisting of single and triple rooms. Designed to be compact yet comfortable and functional, it can accommodate a wide range of accommodation needs, from short-term to long-term stays.

The bright and clean space can be used for a variety of purposes, such as working on a computer, holding meetings, or taking a break, and it also functions as a community space where guests can naturally gather and interact with each other.

Access and Location

2Z is located within a 2-minute walk from the Osaka Metro "Dobutsuen-mae" station and a 5-minute walk from the JR and Nankai "Shin-Imamiya" stations, offering high transportation convenience with access to multiple train lines.

Direct access is available from Kansai Airport, and you can travel to major areas in Osaka City such as Namba, Shinsaibashi, and Umeda without changing trains.

There are also direct train lines to Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe, with smooth access to Kyoto via the Osaka Metro Sakaisuji Line and Hankyu Kyoto Line, to Nara via the JR Yamatoji Rapid train, and to Kobe via the JR Kobe Line.

The location stands out not only as a base for sightseeing in Osaka, but also as a gateway for touring around the Kansai region.

The surrounding area is dotted with spots where you can experience deep Osaka culture, such as Tsutenkaku Tower, Shinsekai kushikatsu restaurants, old-fashioned shopping streets, and yakiniku restaurants.

It is a base for both sightseeing and long-term stays, where you can experience the atmosphere of the city.

Future Development

We plan to open four new buildings by March 2026, bringing the total number of properties to 11.

We aim to expand to 100 properties by 2034, and with Osaka as a base, we will expand to inbound demand areas throughout Japan.
