Healing pianist Kine-Nene is a musician who brings quiet comfort to people in moments when they face life’s challenges.

In recent years, the average life expectancy of dogs and cats has continued to increase. According to a survey by Anicom Insurance* (pet insurance policy data), the average life expectancy is 14.1 years for dogs and 14.5 years for cats.

Against this backdrop, pets aged seven and older — considered to be in their senior years — now account for approximately 60% of all dogs and cats. As a result, more households are spending daily life with pets undergoing treatment for chronic illnesses, cancer, neurological disorders, and other conditions.

At the same time, support systems addressing the psychological burden and anxiety experienced by pet owners during the recovery period remain insufficient.

This program is not a medical treatment and does not replace or guarantee the effectiveness of veterinary care.

It is an initiative designed to help create a peaceful home environment during the convalescent period.

“Another kind of support” is needed alongside medical care.

Hospital visits, medication, dietary management, and daily nursing care — owners devote a great deal of time and energy to supporting their pets through treatment.

However, there are often few opportunities for caregivers themselves to focus on their own tension and anxiety, even though they are the ones providing constant support.

In some cases, a strong sense of responsibility and love can lead to prolonged mental and physical strain.

This program focuses not on treatment itself, but on gently calming the atmosphere and daily environment at home where pets spend their recovery period.

From a perspective different from medical care, it supports the creation of a space where peace of mind can circulate.

音とぬくもりに包まれる、安心のひととき

A moment of peace and reassurance, embraced by sound and warmth.

Creating an environment where peace of mind — not anxiety — can circulate.

When moments of tension begin to soften and breathing naturally relaxes, the atmosphere of the entire home gently becomes calmer.

As caregivers spend time in a more peaceful state, the energy within the home settles as well, helping to create an environment where pets can rest and recover in comfort.

In this program, the focus is not on “solving” problems, but on creating moments of ease and reassurance throughout the recovery period.

■ Program Overview

This program is offered online as a monthly subscription.

Live sound sessions (twice a month)

Participants join simultaneously and share peaceful moments through music.

These sessions are not intended to provide individual treatment or diagnosis.

Mini sound files for daily use

Short audio files are provided for easy use at home.

They can be used before or after hospital visits, during caregiving time, or in other everyday situations.

Participation style

No need to turn on your camera or speak.

You can participate comfortably even if your pet is sleeping or resting in another room.

Future Development

This program will begin in April 2026.

In the future, we plan to create an online community where pet caregivers can connect with one another in a safe and supportive environment during the recovery period.

Message

What kind of atmosphere do we share as we spend our days together?

Even within the reality of medical treatment, it is still possible to create moments of peace.

This program is offered as another option — one that supports the emotional well-being of families from a perspective different from medical care.
