AIR FLAKE, an eco-friendly material developed by Kurabo, one of Japan's leading textile manufacturers, is used to achieve both surprisingly light weight and warmth. A special manufacturing process allows it to contain plenty of air, making it as warm as down, yet it is easy to handle, with no feathers sticking out.
