■Purpose and background of the service

In the course of interviewing more than 3,000 people to date, we have met many people who say that it is a hurdle to talk to their bosses. Some hesitated because they thought it might not be that big of a problem, some were reluctant to ask for time when they were busy, and some were worried that discussing the issue might lower their evaluation.

However, after we actually met with them and they shared their concerns with us, they would always say, "I wish I had consulted with them sooner. Although it depends on the content of the consultation and the relationship with the supervisor, we strongly felt that we need a system that allows people to talk casually without putting the brakes on consultation due to concerns about their interests.

In addition, even organizations that have a consultation service (for mental health, harassment, and general career issues) may unfortunately not have sufficient operations, making it difficult to use the service. Some organizations do not have a consultation service in the first place.
