LAWSON, INC. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Sadanobu Takemasu) will launch the "Gotochi (Local) Uimon Festival" on January 13, 2026 (Tuesday)! Uimon Festival", LAWSON, INC. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Sadanobu Takemasu) will launch "Gotochi Karaage-kun" products made in collaboration with local ingredients and soul food in seven regions (Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Tokai/Hokuriku, Kinki, Chugoku/Shikoku, and Kyushu). The products will be sold at LAWSON stores in the Kinki region (Kinki area).
In addition to "KARAAGE-KUN Kansai Dashi Soy Sauce Flavor," LAWSON stores in the Kinki region (approximately 2,500 stores as of the end of November 2025) will offer a variety of new products including a collaboration with "Kurakon Salted Kelp," the signature product of long-established food manufacturer "Kurakon," a product developed in collaboration with the Kyoto University Curry Club, a lemon pork curry, and a sweet potato curry.
