Ramen Sapporo Ichiryuan (operated by Gracias Co., Ltd., Sapporo, Hokkaido) has launched its dried noodle product,“Ramen Sapporo Ichiryuan – Miso Ramen with Hokkaido Garlic Powder,”as a crane game prize at amusement facilities operated by Mandai Co., Ltd., beginning Friday, December 19, 2025.

This initiative allows players to encounter the flavors of a specialty ramen shop through play—from the thrill of “I got it!” to enjoying an authentic bowl at home.It represents a new approach that connects food and entertainment.

Located in front of Sapporo Station, Ramen Sapporo Ichiryuan serves ramen rooted in the principles of local production for local consumption, food as medicine, and once-in-a-lifetime encounters. The restaurant is dedicated to showcasing Hokkaido-sourced ingredients in every bowl.

Although over 90% of the ingredients have long come from Hokkaido, securing Hokkaido-grown garlic year-round remained a challenge for many years.
