Women's Inheritance Seminar
Japan Inheritance has provided more than 5,000 inheritance-related consultations over the past 10 years, and more than half of these consultations have been from women.
Inheritance from a parent with a patrilineal philosophy
Division of inheritance after taking care of one's own parents or parents-in-law.
Inheritance and living after the husband's death, and the relationship with the parents-in-law.
There is no end to the number of cases in which women tend to experience unique difficulties and disadvantages in inheritance due to their status as "daughter, wife, or mother," resulting in regrettable inheritances.
In this seminar, we will discuss the specific measures and preparations for inheritance, while attending to the worries and anxieties that women tend to face in relation to inheritance, The seminar will provide realistic and practical knowledge in an easy-to-understand manner.
The lecturer, who has provided more than 5,000 inheritance consultations and numerous consulting services, has seen the struggles of parents and children, married couples, siblings, and others in a variety of situations. I would like to share useful knowledge from a woman's point of view, based on perspectives that women themselves may not be aware of and the realities of inheritance.
