A wide range of items will be on sale, including specialty coffee beans, drip bags, brewing utensils, and cups.

Visitors can choose from a wide variety of flavors, depending on the origin, refinement, and roasting process, to find the perfect cup for "your favorite" or a perfect winter gift.


(2) Drink Comparison Experience (Saturday, December 20 and Sunday, December 21, 11:00-18:00)

This is a mini-cup drinking experience that allows visitors to explore the individuality of the roaster and the region where the coffee was produced. Visitors can casually enjoy the different flavors of the regions they encounter for the first time, as well as the differences in expression due to roasting.

Born in Saitama Prefecture in 1989.

He is in charge of purchasing, roasting, and quality control of all coffee beans sold at THE COFFEESHOP, a specialty coffee shop. In order to spread the appeal of coffee to as many people as possible, he has been active in a wide range of activities, such as disseminating information through web magazines and YouTube, and from 2023, he will be a guest lecturer at the University of Tokyo, giving a lecture on the theme of coffee.

Tadashi Yoshida is a barista and roaster who owns cafe&gin mono. While studying not only coffee but also sake and tea as a barista, he was attracted to the endless fascination of coffee and gin, and arrived at his current style. He has been presenting coffee and gin in a variety of expressions.
