(Head office: 13-20 Sun Palace 201, Chofu-Matsukotanaka-cho, Shimonoseki-shi, Yamaguchi 752-0935, Japan; Representative Director: Tatsuya Ota) have signed a franchise agreement and will start operations on December 12, 2025. (Tatsuya Ota, President), a food consulting group, and will open "MILK DO dore iku? (Milk Do Drake) Iizuka Store" on December 12, 2025 (Friday) in the parking lot of the Club House main store at 40-3 Benbun, Iizuka City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Produced by the food consulting group "hanninmae," this will be the 33rd Milk Do Drake store in Japan (8 stores in Hokkaido and 25 stores outside of Hokkaido).

The "Orange Tea" is sold for 420 yen as a limited item at the Iizuka store.

Refreshingly fruity Darjeeling and orange marmalade jam are blended with fresh cream from Hokkaido. Tea and citrus harmonize in this sublime dish. Enjoy the fine tea flavor.

The brand aims to contribute to the development of Hokkaido's primary industry and the creation of a sixth industry by using raw milk from farms in Mifuka-cho, Hokkaido, and other areas in Hokkaido. The first store in Hokkaido specializing in fresh doughnuts opened in Sapporo on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, and has been featured in the media and on social networking sites, with customers lining up every day to get their doughnuts.

Unlike conventional doughnuts, "raw doughnuts" have a texture that disappears in the mouth and are so soft that they seem to fall apart when held in the hand. The doughnut's round shape is so cute that many people are posting it on social networking sites, making it a trendy sweet in Hokkaido.

Milked Drake's raw doughnuts feature a moist and smooth dough made mainly from flour from Tokachi, Hokkaido's magnificent land, with plenty of eggs and butter. Pasteurized milk grown on a farm in Hokkaido, which does not use preservatives, gives the dough a rich, sweet taste. The cream is made from fresh milk from the Nekushiro region of Hokkaido, and various flavored creams are prepared based on the rich fresh cream. The cake is deep-fried at high temperature to make the outside crispy and the inside melt in your mouth like fresh cream. A total of 11 flavors are available, including 10 regular menu items such as pure fresh whip, homemade custard, and chocolatey nut, as well as store-specific items.
