The new lineup is rebranded as a new business model that combines the expertise of a yakitori restaurant with the fun of an all-you-can-eat menu, taking advantage of the powerful heat and savory aroma of binchotan charcoal.

Among the 10 types of charcoal-grilled yakitori skewers newly added to the menu, the "Famous Pork Tongue Skewer," in particular, is a dish with a distinctly delicious flavor that is prepared entirely by hand and grilled over binchotan charcoal.
