We have prepared a number of limited-edition events to allow visitors to fully enjoy the appeal of "Fukaya Negi," Saitama Prefecture's specialty vegetable that comes into season in winter. The "sales event" realized with the cooperation of local producers, the "Negi-yaki Corner" where you can grill and taste Fukaya leeks on the spot, and limited gourmet specialties such as "udon noodles wrapped with two whole leeks" using whole Fukaya leeks in season, are just some of the "leeks you can enjoy" that will be offered during the five days of the festival. The limited menu will be available for 5 days.

The station, which reopened this May, is an interactive food theme park that integrates "food, crafts, and nature," and is a center for local agriculture and livestock products. As the first seasonal highlight since its opening, we will hold the "Saitama Prefecture Fukaya Negi Harvest Festival," an event to communicate the appeal of Fukaya Negi, a specialty vegetable of Saitama Prefecture that comes into season in winter, together with local producers.
Fukaya leeks, grown in a climate with large temperature differences and fertile, sticky soil, are soft and meltingly tender when cooked, with a sweetness that is almost like a potage. In order for visitors to fully enjoy their deliciousness, the event will feature a "sales event" where freshly picked Fukaya leeks grown with great care by local producers will be sold at prices that can only be realized at this station, a "green onion grilling corner" where visitors can enjoy grilled Fukaya leeks purchased at the sales event on the spot, and a "green onion shop" where visitors can purchase popular original products at a discount price. The "Fuku-negi bag" allows visitors to purchase popular original products at a discount price. In addition, November 23rd is "Good Negi Day" (Labor Thanksgiving Day), and we will be holding a special event named after Fukaya negi. About "Roadside Station Ogawamachi
