Yamada Suisan Co. (Head office: Saiki City, Oita Prefecture; President: Shintaro Yamada) will open "Yamada's Eel Iki Unakotsu Ramen Tsukiji" at the "Food Collection" on the B1F of the main building of Mitsukoshi Nihombashi from November 5, 2025 (Wednesday).
The shop will offer a wide range of items, including "Yamada's Eel Iki Unakotsu Ramen (Mitsukoshi limited edition)," which will make its first appearance in a department store, as well as its own brand lunchboxes, vacuum-packed sushi, and bar sushi, all of which are made using eel that has been cured without any chemicals.
