e-Learning Co., Ltd. Since its founding in 1999, e-Learning Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to advancing education through ICT, consistently exploring new forms of learning for 25 years. Our guiding vision has been to “equal or surpass the classroom”—to enable online learning experiences equivalent to those in physical classrooms, while expanding the possibilities of digital education.

In this journey, we encountered Moodle, the world’s standard LMS, and have since contributed to educational transformation by harnessing its scalability and flexibility. Through implementation and operational support, we have promoted digital transformation (DX) in both academic institutions and corporate training.

These efforts led to our recognition by Moodle HQ as the only Moodle Certified Premium Partner in Japan. We were also honored with the “APAC Partner of the Year 2023” award at the Moodle Partner Awards. In addition, we have been ranked as the No.1 Moodle provider in Japan for 11 consecutive years (according to Moodle HQ).

Furthermore, to accelerate EduDX not only in Japan but also across Southeast Asia, we have established a subsidiary in Singapore to promote international initiatives.

The “EL Support & Community Hub”

The launch of the EL Support & Community Hub represents the next step in this journey. The Hub is designed to expand our support services and provide a collaborative space for mutual learning and knowledge sharing.

Customers will not only have 24/7 access to valuable information, but also be able to use the Hub as a place for co-creation—sharing best practices, success stories, and practical know-how.

The Hub will consist of two main components:

1) A Community Space for ExchangeIn response to customer requests for opportunities to “share know-how” and “connect with other users,” the Hub will provide a safe environment for open discussion across universities, companies, schools, and academic societies. Clear guidelines will be in place, and the Hub will be actively moderated to ensure a sound and constructive community.

2) An Integrated Information HubInformation that was previously spread across multiple channels (website, social media, etc.) will be consolidated in one place for easy access. Resources will include:

・Webinar announcements

The EL Support & Community Hub is scheduled to open soon. We will continue working closely with Moodle HQ and our partners to deliver even greater value to our customers.
