About Kibuna Mamori Suito Potato
Kibu-Namamori Suito Potato" is a sister product of our popular "Kibu-Namamori".
The luxurious flavor of ano sweet potato bean and cubes of beniharu sweet potato are combined with a rich buttery taste. The crust is flavored with a hint of cinnamon, giving this Japanese sweet potato bun a unique autumn aroma and warmth.
Kibuna-mamori" is derived from the "Kibuna Legend" of Tochigi Prefecture, and is popular as a good-luck confectionery to ward off epidemics and pray for good health. Inheriting this tradition, we propose this new Japanese confectionery that reminds us of the harvest of autumn.
