Starting October 1, 2025, P&P (located in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture; Representative Director: Yoko Okudake), a general incorporated association engaged in the para-business production business, in cooperation with NAA Retailing Co. (Location: Narita City, Chiba / President: Hiroshi Matsuzawa), will start selling a limited number of "paper crane earrings" made by handicapped creators at the Fa-So-La TAX FREE AKIHABARA duty-free store at Narita Airport Terminal 2.

Spread your wings to the world! Earrings for People with Disabilities
A Historical Step and Its Significance
The development of the Fa-So-La TAX FREE AKIHABARA Terminal 2 store is a historic step toward establishing a new point of contact between welfare and society. Through the cooperation of all parties involved and the persistent efforts of the welfare field, we have overcome an unprecedented challenge and are now on the verge of realizing our long-held goal of "bringing the craftsmanship of welfare for the handicapped to the international distribution stage.
Para-business," in which welfare workers cooperate with each other beyond the boundaries of corporations, has the potential to expand beyond national borders, even for welfare products. This initiative is a solid step forward in demonstrating the possibility of value creation that transcends the boundaries of welfare.

Future Development
Using this accomplishment as a starting point, we intend to expand our business to international sales outlets other than airports, and to plan and develop welfare products other than origami crane earrings. We will open up new possibilities for the intersection of welfare and tourism, culture and the economy, and root the values of "welfare products = cute, proud, and something you want to give away" in society.
About Para Business
We believe that if there are para-sports in which people with disabilities find fulfillment in sports, there should also be para-business in which people with disabilities find fulfillment in work, and we are advocating Japan's first "para-business.
Both job satisfaction and economic growth" for people with disabilities
In "Para-Business," multiple welfare facilities work together across corporate boundaries, sharing the workload by utilizing their respective areas of expertise and collaborating to complete a single product. This system enables mass production and mass distribution of made-in-Japan products with the warmth of handmade welfare products.
