The former Ajiro Elementary School was reborn with this concept. A community space with a café, a nostalgic shared office in a classroom, a co-working space for 5,500 yen/month, and a conference room in the nostalgic former infirmary and principal's office, a variety of spaces quietly welcome those who want to "start something.

Sympathy for the challenge spawns new challenges. People who sympathize with the challenge of the housekeeping house and their thoughts on the town are starting new things themselves. Seeing these people taking on new challenges, others are taking on even more challenges, and these interesting people are gathering one after another at AJIRO MUSUBI.

In a town with great potential that has yet to be developed, there are people who are trying to create something new from zero. The sight of these people taking on new challenges attracts new people and creates new challenges. Such a chain of events has certainly occurred over the past year.

A variety of challenges that start with "I want to try it.

I am amazed at the wide range of projects that have been created in this way. Plans for non-alcoholic gin and craft cola and beer distilleries. A bakery is preparing to open, which is a function that the town needs. A company that "makes use of vacant houses and makes the town more interesting" was even born.

A number of challenges are also taking place in Ajiro's industry and nature. Plans are underway to revive the Sunday morning market at the Ajiro fishing port and a fishing experience on the breakwater, which will be tested this year. New experiences that take advantage of nature are also being created, such as tree climbing, where visitors climb trees in unison with them, and trail courses that allow them to experience the charms of the mountains as well as the sea in Atami.
