Smart Watch Repair LABO (Operated by Linda Linda Corporation, Kichijoji Honcho, Musashino-shi, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazuki Shimizu; Tel: 0120-966-860) has repaired a total of 3,000 Apple Watch* cases in August 2025. Apple Watch repair is an extremely delicate and highly technical field, but our unique know-how enables us to offer repairs at a significantly reduced cost, from half to one-third of the regular repair cost.

To commemorate this, a special campaign to extend the warranty period from the usual one month to six months will be offered from September 17 (Wed.) to October 10 (Fri.), 2025.

■Expertise that can be provided at half to one-third or less of the price of regular repairs

The majority of Apple Watch repairs involve replacing the entire screen, which tends to be expensive for regular repairs. Since the cost of repairing even a single broken piece of glass is expensive, there are many cases of "giving up when it breaks.

Our store has established a very delicate technique of "removing only the broken glass and replacing it with new glass. This has enabled us to realize overwhelmingly low repair costs, from half to one-third or less of the regular repair price.

In addition, we are one of the few stores in Japan that specialize in repairing almost all malfunctions related to the Apple Watch, including battery replacement, digital crown, side buttons, back glass, and submerged repair.

After the repair, we provide "safe repair" with an awareness of water resistance.

This summer, we received a number of inquiries from customers who reported that their phones stopped booting up after just one dip in the pool or that the screen started floating even though they had not done anything to it.

Most repair stores use epoxy adhesives to crimp the screen, but these adhesives are vulnerable to heat and water, and there is a risk that the screen will float again. On the other hand, while instant adhesives can be used to fix the screen strongly, there is the dilemma of not being able to open the screen later to replace the battery, for example.

In other words, the ideal is to have the screen sealed tightly during normal use, but be able to open it when necessary, but this has been difficult to achieve.

This year, we have solved this contradictory problem. For all repaired devices, we have achieved screen crimping with greatly enhanced water resistance compared to the conventional method, allowing for worry-free use after repair.

However, Apple Watch is not structurally completely waterproof, so we cannot guarantee complete water resistance.
